tumblr, facebook, and blogging

hello tumblr it has been awhile.  i have been very busy these days with my other blog, potterforums, creating a spiffy chat for everyone, studying a new language, teaching my kids, and trying to exercise faster than my body can process pain. 

i am actually trying to do a major spring cleaning and get ready for a garage sale in a few weeks.  i want to get this place organized.  not that it is “hoarder” messy but i want to get through these action figures and separate the garage sale ones with the try to sell ones. 

so forgive me if i am not on much and if when i am on i just post funny stuff to get my mind off of the things that i am dealing with.  i pretty much gave up on facebook so if you need me email me..

i hope to be on here again because i love tumblr but i cannot promise anything.

Email is the downfall of everything. The postal service is suffering, stamps are getting more pricey, and we have become so impersonal that we send e cards. Handwriting and grammar suffers and we use txtspk to write notes to each other. How many people our there are willing to write a proper letter either to their friends and family or to a company to tell them about how their product is good or bad? Maybe if we do not let the instant convenience of email rule us we could maintain decent handwriting skills. And if we can make this go viral maybe we could change the world’s impulsiveness. The anticipation of a response teaches patience and longing. Anyone else feel this way?

migraine ugh

i am nauseated, pain throbbing above my right eye, light hurts and makes the room spin. FML

I am also fevered and may have caught what my kids had last week.  I told my kids we are playing the “keep the room dark and please whisper only game today”

I told them we are camping.
